It can be frustrating when you are working show calves only to have them stomping their feet or swatting their tails at flies. Additionally, those little pests carry diseases and can cost your animals valuable performance in overall gains.

The livestock world is filled with those who share a common passion. Kids and adults alike are passionate about their animals, the competition and the friends they make along the way. In this Spotlight, we are going to feature two young exhibitors, both sixth graders, who became involved due to their family. They are Hadley Dunklau and Braxton Blankenship! They love the bigger shows and have a drive to succeed.

This month, we shine our Sure Champ® Spotlight on two young people who are no strangers to success. They know the hard work and dedication it takes to #PreptoWin at home, and are grateful when that work is rewarded. 

It’s always enjoyable to shine our Sure Champ® junior spotlight on young people who are ambitious and, successful and know how to work hard to #preptowin. This time, we turn the spotlight on two young ladies who are all of that and more!  Meet Ella Weldon and Maci Zerbach. 

This month we’re shining our spotlight on two exhibitors who excelled at their respective state fairs showing smaller species. Those athletes are, of course, Hunter Shike and Chaynee Tennant! These athletes excel both in their respective sports and in the show ring.  

John and Mackenzi Grauer, owners of Grauer Show Cattle, emphasize raising and selling quality show cattle to good families across the country. At the same time, they are prioritizing raising two young boys in the livestock industry that they grew up in and learned to love. However, the Grauers know that raising boys and raising livestock are two challenges that require commitment and the proper tools.

For livestock families, a Junior National is often the equivalent to a summer vacation. Families that spend time in the barn together, set goals, work hard to achieve them and know the satisfaction of achieving those goals. At BioZyme®, we call that #PreptoWin, and we were so excited to see many of our customers make it to the backdrops at their respective junior nationals this summer.

This month we shine our Sure Champ® Junior Spotlight on two young people who show a variety of species. They are well-rounded in the show ring and have a history of excelling at the American Royal, a short distance from the BioZyme® headquarters.
